Senate Bill 1343 requires employers of 5 or more employees to provide the following…

 
➢ 1 hour of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to nonsupervisory employees
➢ 2 hours of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training for supervisors

 

This training MUST be completed by January 1, 2021 (if not completed in 2019 or within two years). This training is required every two years.
